Lewis Reid Hatch, 92, died 24 Sep 2011 at his home. He was born 13 Jul 1919 in Hatch, Bannock County, Idaho the son of Ransom O. and Mary L Flinders Hatch. He attended Hatch Elementary and North Gem High School. Reid married his childhood sweetheart Pauline Johnson on 29 Sep 1942 in the Logan LDS Temple and they moved to Washington Terrace in Feb 1943.

Reid was a member of the LDS Church where he served in various positions in the Priesthood presidencies. He served a Church Service Mission at the employment office and was an Ordinance Worker in the Ogden Temple for 7 years.

He worked at DDO and the Navy Depot; then as a parts manager for several auto dealerships in Ogden. He was also self-employed as a furniture upholsterer.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers; Wayne, Ransom and Eldon.

Interment, Myers Evergreen Memorial Park.
