Harvey Collins, 93, passed away at his Lindenwood home on May 1, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary. He leaves to cherish his memory 12 children, 38 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends. He retired from the Norfolk Naval Base PWC in 1991. A wake will be held May 8 from 6-7 p.m. at Metropolitan Funeral Service, 7246 Granby St., Norfolk. The funeral will be Friday May 9, at 11 a.m., Queen Street Baptist Church, Norfolk.
