Myrtle E. Sawyer, 74, Granite Falls, died July 8, 1978 in a local hospital.
She was born Mar 22, 1904 in Centerville, South Dakota and had lived in Granite Falls for the past 30 years moving from Edmonds.
Mrs. Sawyer was a member of the Senior Citizens Club of Granite Falls.
Surviving are two daughters, Martha Hanson of Edmonds and Jean MacDonald of Mountlake Terrace; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; five nephews; and several grandnieces and nephews.
Services will be 1pm Thursday, Community Bible Church, Granite Falls, under the direction of Purdy and Walters.
Interment will be in the America Legion Cemetery, Granite Falls. Visitations will be until 8pm Tuesday and 9am until 8 pm Wednesday.
