Beverly F. Thedford, 88, of Central Square, formerly of Syracuse, passed away on Thursday, at St. Joseph's Hospital after a long illness. Beverly was born in Fulton the daughter of the late Bert and Ernestine Fox. Beverly was employed at Van Duyn Nursing Home for several years and she was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary #1468. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, working on puzzles and spending time with her dog Boo Boo. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Vohs and her 2 sons, Bradley & James Vohs. Beverly is survived by her children, Judy Russo, Larry (Erin)Vohs, Wayne (Marilyn) Vohs, sister, Yvonne (Joey) Crossman, grandchildren, Christopher, Bradley (Josh), Bonnie (Ian) , Brandy (Ryan), Danielle, Beth, Jacob, Leah, Zachary, Jessica, Mikayla, great grandchildren; Charlena, Anna, Mox, Adam, Eliza, Simon, Keagon, Sadie, Spencer, Adia, Noah, Eli, Issac, Carrie, daughter-in-law, Robin Vohs, along with many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4 to 7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with services to follow. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday 11am at Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
