Melanie Jo Ann Clark, 58, of Kensett, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at her residence. She was born July 21, 1957 at Augusta to the late Jack Simmons and Shirley White.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in by her grandparents who raised her Pearl Grace and Clarence Houston White.
Ms. Clark lived a full life, and was a very hard worker. She was the manager of Hancock Fabrics in Searcy up until her health failed her.
She is survived by one son, Timothy Yates of Kensett; three grandsons, Makal Austin Yates, Timothy (T.J.) Yates, and Aiden Yates; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
Visiting hours will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, July 31 at Kensett First Baptist Church. Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Saturday August 1, 2015 also at the church with burial at Augusta Memorial Park
