Gertrude M. Naugle, 85 of Tecumseh, died Friday, November 24, 2006 at Herrick Manor in Tecumseh. She was born September 7, 1921 in Macon, MI the daughter of Jay and Lilah (Hendershot) Howell. She married Leslie E. Naugle on August 23, 1938 and he preceded her in death on June 9, 1989.

Gertrude was an avid cook and chrocheter who enjoyed her job as a homemaker where she could spend time with her four children and grandkids. Outside of the home she worked for Peerless Gear for twelve years. Gertrude was also a proud member of the Tecumseh Ladies Auxiliary VFW.

Gertrude is survived by her four sons Warren of Almagordo, NM; Harry (Rhonda) of Rifle, CO; Gary (Garna) and David (Sheila) both of Tecumseh; thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter. Gertrude was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers and four sisters.
