"HENRY U. KILLIAN
Henry U. Killian died at 3:40 o'clock yesterday afternoon at his home, 327 Coral street, from a complication of diseases. He was seventy-six years of age, being born on June 30, 1841, near Adamstown. For almost sixty years he had been a resident of Lancaster. By trade he was a cabinet maker and a carpenter. He was a member of Christ Lutheran church, and is survived by his wife, who was Sarah Brown before marriage, and the following children: Mary, wife of William Light, of Columbia; William B., of Lancaster; Emma, wife of John Himmelwright, of this city; Sadie B., wife of Davis Stewart, city; Harry B. and John B., both of this city; Sue B., wife of Samuel Painter, and Walter I., at home. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Isaac Killian, Mrs. Sarah Groff and Mrs. Mary Grubb, all of Little Falls, Minn.; Andrew Killian, and Mammesous [sic–Menilias], both of this city, and Mrs. Katie Nicholis, of York; The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock on Saturday afternoon at the home, services being private. Interment will be held in the Lancaster cemetery."
