Darrell was born on March 5, 1953 to Roy Jackson and Eugenia Cone Lawrence in Baytown, TX. He worked in construction and was an engineer for 20 years. Darrell was a member of Eastside Church of Christ in Baytown.
He is preceded in death his father, Roy Jackson Lawrence; a brother, Jerrel Paul Lawrence.
Darrell is survived by his mother, Eugenia Lawrence of Baytown, TX; brothers, Royce Lawrence and wife, Robyn, of Colorado, and Jayme Lawrence and wife Karen, of Baytown, TX; a sister, Jana Hornberger and husband, Fred, of Victoria, TX; daughters, Ashley Cleburn and husband Charles, of Baytown, TX, Kristen Lawrence, of Baytown, TX, and Misty Jones, of Baytown, TX; along with grandchildren, other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 12, 2016 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm in the Chapel at Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 10:00am at Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Sterling White Cemetery, 11011 Crosby Lynchburg Rd., Highlands, TX 77562 at 1:00pm on Saturday, August 13, 2016.
