Lessie Lamesa “Lee” Vick Dixon, 98, of San Angelo passed away Saturday, August 30, 2008, at an area nursing home. Graveside services September 3, 2008, at the Grape Creek Cemetery.
Lee was born February 20, 1910, in Wayland, Texas, to Ernest and Nona Mae Maynard Vick. She was a housewife. She married Allie L. “A.L.” Dixon in San Angelo on September 3, 1958. She was laid to rest on what would have been their 50th wedding anniversary. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, two brothers, three husbands, one granddaughter and three great grandchildren. Lee was survived by two daughters a sister, 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 30 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
