JOAN NORTH FALLON, 72, of MIDDLETOWN, died Wednesday, Nov. 22, at Care One at Holmdel, Holmdel. She was a pharmaceutical dosage assembler for Westward Pharmaceuticals for 20 years before retiring in 1998. She was born in Jersey City and moved to Middletown 45 years ago.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 48 years, William D. Fallon Sr.; her brothers, John Jr., Vincent, Robert, and Richard North; and her sister, Doris Hendricks. Joan was predeceased by her parents, John and Helen North Sr. Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, William D. and Nancy Fallon Jr. of Deal Island, Md., Edward Fallon of Middletown, and John and Tara Fallon of Middletown; a daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Thomas Bock of Middletown; a grandson, Thomas Bock; two sisters, Marie DeSordi of Crisco, Pa., and Janet Haskins of Jersey City, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services are scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Saturday from the funeral home with a Funeral Liturgy at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Leonardville Road, Middletown.
