Reported age at time of death was 72 years, so evidently born about 1815. Elizabeth PAYNE married 02 NOV 1830 in Talbot County, GA, to Wiley CROUCH. [Mrs.] Elizabeth CROUCH married 13 MAR 1850 in Muscogee County, GA, to James H. RENFROE.

Mary Jane Galer's list of persons interred in the New Cemetery area of Linwood shows: Mrs. E. RENFROE died aged 72 years; buried 16 FEB 1887 in Section C, Lot 130 - Sexton Abraham ODOM.

This grave is probably not identifiably marked. The Sexton's record also shows in Section C, Lot 130: James H. RENFROE (buried 17 AUG 1890 , aged 65 years); Mary Ann (RENFROE) GOINS (buried 20 NOV 1890, aged 38 years); Geo. W. WYATT (buried 16 OCT 1893, aged 20 years); Bessie Lou RENTFROW (buried 23 SEP 1897, aged 7 years); David H. RENTFRO (buried 08 JUN 1908, aged 53 years); & Mattie RENTFROW (buried 30 NOV 1918, aged 64 years).

City C-129 corresponds with the west half of Lot 48 in Dolores Autry's Section J (see her Historic Linwood Cemetery book, Volume 3, edited by Lea Dowd et al.); it has been designated Lot 48A. C-130 corresponds with the east half of Autry's J-48 (so, Lot 48B). C-131 corresponds with the north half of Autry's J-49, and C-134 corresponds with the south half of her J-49; since these are both GOINS lots, it appears they belong together as one family lot. One of the RENFROE women in C-130 married a GOINS, so perhaps that city lot was also part of this same family lot? C-132 is Autry's J-50, the lot on which the TURNER mausoleum stands. C-129 is north of the mausoleum, C-130 to the northeast of the mausoleum, C-131 to the east of the mausoleum, and C-134 to the southeast of the mausoleum. C-133, which is south of the mausoleum, contains the marked graves of Edmund Bradley & Virginia (FLOWERS) DRIVER, who are kin to the TURNER family in the mausoleum. One interesting question is: what happened to the graves of the eight persons buried in C-132 between 1871 and 1901 (surnames BAKER, LANGLEY, MORRIS, and WALLS)? Were their graves moved elsewhere, or was the TURNER mausoleum built on top of their graves?

In city Section C, Lot 129 was purchased on 03 JUL 1864 by Thomas HUNT for $37.50 (the non-resident rate). Lot 130 on 16 JUL 1864 by James CROUCH (non-resident). Lots 131 and 134 both on 27 APR 1864 by Drury GOINS for $37.50 each (non-resident). Lot 132 on 23 APR 1864 by D. M. MORRIS for $37.50 (non-resident). And Lot 133 on 09 MAR 1864 by W. J. OGLETREE for $37.50 (non-resident). Note that Lots 136 & 137, immediately south of 133, are also OGLETREE family lots, and Lot 135, which is a SWIFT family lot immediately east of 136, reportedly contains an OGLETREE grave also, but is possibly an error in the lot number.
