Dr. Clyde J. Westgate, 81, of 6831 Kildare Ave., Lincolnwood, Ill., died Sunday
while visiting a daughter at Annapolis, Md.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot,
with burial in Mishicot Public Cemetery.
Dr. Westgate was graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Rush Medical
School at Chicago. He was a veteran of World War I, past district judge of
Chicago Rose Society and Illinois State Rose Society. His wife, the former Viola
Peronteau, preceded him in death in 1956.
Survivors include a son, Floyd Bruce Westgate, of Cambridge, Mass., two daughters,
Mrs. Gail W. Nathan, of Princeton, N.J., and Mrs. Sandra Fitzgerald, of Annapolis,
and four grandchildren.
Friends may call at Lambert Funeral Home from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday.
