Funeral Service will be Saturday, August 13, 2016, at 1 p.m., from Mount Pleasant #1 M. B. Church, Louisville, Mississippi. Visitation will be Friday, from 12 noon until 6 p.m., from the Funeral Home. Mrs. Welch, will be placed in the Church on Saturday, one hour before service time. Burial will be in the Eiland Cemetery.
