She is survived by her daughter, Trevor Miller Schaub and her husband, and two grandchildren, Christopher Morgan Schaub and Emily Julen Schaub, of Indianapolis, IN, two brothers, Jury Yates Brown, III and his wife of Southern Pines, NC and Jeffrey Paul Brown of Charlottesville, VA, three nieces and their families, Kate Brown Tally of Fairport, NY, Sarah Brown Halverson of Chicago, Ill, and Kendall Patricia Brown of Fairport, NY, two nephews and their families, Andrew Paul Brown of Charlottesville, VA and Carter Lanier Brown of Georgetown, SC, and eight grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Julie was a 1961 graduate of Rock Hill Academy in Charlottesville, VA and a 1965 graduate of Madison College, now known as James Madison University, in Harrisonburg, VA.

Julie was a dedicated career high school math teacher in Fairfax County, VA for over 25 years. She spent most of those years teaching at W. T.
