Audio Engineer. A high school drop out from Pascagoula, Mississippi he recorded, produced and engineered music for some of Nashville's heavy-hitter's at the time. In the 1980's, he worked with artists such as Eddie Rabbit and Charlie Daniels. Working with up and coming artists, such as Clint Black, he engineered all Black's albums prior to his death. He as well engineered Shania Twain's debut album as well as Tim McGraw's first two albums. He also produced several tracks on The Eagles tribute album "Common Thread: The Songs of The Eagles", for which it garnered a 1994 CMA 'Album of the Year' award posthumously. He was in the studio when he suffered a massive heart attack at age 39.
