Linda L. “Lin” Gross, 69, of Clarksville, Indiana passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2016.

She was born on July 11, 1947 in Washington, Indiana, the daughter of the late William Yeager and Jeanette (Meyers) Herbst, who survives.

She spent most of her life in Clark County, Indiana, a member of A.B.A.T.E., retired Photo Journalist, Homemaker and Loving Grandmother.

Survivors include: her husband of 35 years, Rodney Gross; a daughter, Denise J. “Dee Dee” Ison of Charlestown, Indiana; a son, William “Billy” Gross of Clarksville, Indiana; her mother, Jeanette Herbst of Jeffersonville, Indiana; two sisters, Nancy Wright of Jeffersonville, Indiana and Deana (Jim) Hester of Louisville, Kentucky; a brother, James (Barbara) Yeager of Charlestown, Indiana; and three grandchildren, Jacob and Elizabeth Ison both of Charlestown, Indiana and Zane Gross of Sellersburg, Indiana.

Cremation services were entrusted to Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana and all services will be private.
