Aura Clair Adams, Jr, age 68, of Liberty Twp, Ohio, died Thursday, February 16, 2006, at his Residence.

He was born on December 29, 1937 in Warren, OH, the son of the late Aura C. Adams, Sr. and Ona B. (Beach) Adams.

Buster attended Maplewood High School in Mecca, ohio. He was active in Scouting, reaching the rank of Eagle Scout.

Mr. Adams was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. He was employed as an owner operator truck driver for many years before becoming employed by Pepsi Cola as a truck driver, retiring in 2000.

He is survived by his wife Theadora "Teddy" (Prychodnik) Adams, whom he married on April 8, 1961. Also surviving is a son, Aura C. Adams III of Warren, Two daughters, Anita C. Meek of Girard, and Michele E. Pike of Cortland, and a sister, Marie Switzer of Mecca.

He was preceded in death by a His parents and an infant sister, Elizabeth Adams.

Arrangements are being handled by Shafer-Winans Funeral Chapel, 164 North High Street, Cortland, Ohio, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday, February 20, 2006. Funeral service will be at Shafer-Winans Funeral Chapel at 1:00 PM Monday, February 20, 2006 .

Interment will be at Crown Hill Burial Park in Vienna, Ohio.
