Funeral service for Annette Rundell Harper, 65 of Winnsboro will be held at 10 AM Thursday, August 11, 2016 in Temple Baptist Church in Winnsboro with Rev. Jimmy Harper officiating. Interment will follow in Crowville Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Gill First National Funeral Home of Winnsboro. Visitation will be 5 - 8 pm Wednesday, August 10, 2016 in Temple Baptist Church.

She was born to Ezra David and Marguerite Simmons Rundell on October 5, 1950 in Vicksburg, MS and passed from this life Tuesday, August 09, 2016 at her home in Winnsboro.

Mrs. Harper was a long time banker in Winnsboro having worked for Franklin State Bank from 1972-2001 and for Citizens Progressive Bank as a loan officer since 2001.

She was a breast cancer survivor since 2006 and was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in December 2015.


She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Frank Rundell and nephew Joel Rundell.


Mrs. Harper is survived by daughter Sharon Baugh and husband Duston; two grandsons Harper Baugh and Duston Baugh, Jr. all of West Monroe; sister Jeanette Ashley and husband Gale of Longview, TX; brother Dr. James Rundell and wife Sharon of Monroe; five nephews David Ashley, Michael Ashley, Keith Ashley, Kevin Harper and Keith Harper; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.


Pallbearers will be Ricky Campbell, Larry Casiday, Donnie Harper, Chris McManus, Gary Sanford and Garry Ward.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial be made to help further research against pancreatic cancer. Donations can be made in Mrs. Harpers memory by visiting www.lustergarten.org .
