Mildred Ruth Mills Morrison, age 92 of Columbus passed away 10:50 PM Monday, August 8, 2016 at Clinton-Hickman County ICF Nursing Home. She was a member of Columbus Baptist Church for 74 Years and a homemaker. She is survived by her daughter; Sheila (George) Muscovalley of Columbus; sister, Josephine Shadwick of Arlington; Granddaughter, Melissa (Steve) Barrett of Signal Mountain, TN; 4 Great Grandchildren, Daniel (Raegan) Muscovalley of Columbus, Derek (Shera) Muscovalley of Murray, D.J. Muscovalley of Mayfield and Nicholas Barrett of Signal Mountain, TN; 2 Great Great Grandchildren, Eli and Julian Muscovalley Both of Murray. She is preceded in death by her husband, James E Morrison; Son, Jimmy Morrison II, Parents, Edgar Thomas and Gussie Shadwick Mills; Grandson, Mark Muscovalley; Granddaughter, Daphine Morrison; 3 brothers and 2 Sisters. Funeral Services will be held 1 PM Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with Rev. Max Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in the Columbus Cemetery.
