Regina A. Cook, 77, formerly of Vanlue, OH died August 8, 2016 at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green. She was born May 5, 1939 in Wyandot County, Ohio, to the late George Willis "Jake" and Alice (Roynon) Smith. She married Ronald E. Cook January 22, 1956. He preceded her in death June 26, 2014. She is survived by her children, Ronda (William, Jr.) Mason, Miramar Beach, Florida, Robert (Dana) Cook, Cary, IL, Rita (Deke) Roberts, Findlay, Robin (Jerry) Bowser, Lewiston, MI, 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 6 siblings, Reva (Dwayne) Hineland, Linden (Betty) Smith, Jane (Claren) Walter, Ronald (Rosalyn) Smith, Carol (Richard) Evans, and Richard (Erma) Smith. Regina was an office manager, retiring in 1995 from TLB in Findlay. She was a member of Vanlue United Methodist Church. She sang in the church choir. Visitation will be held August 11, 2016 from 2pm to 6pm at STOMBAUGH BATTON FUNERAL HOME, Carey and 1 hour prior to the service Friday at the church. Funeral services will take place August 12, 2016 at 11am at Vanlue United Methodist Church with Rev. David Noels and Rev. Carol Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Van Horn Cemetery, Vanlue.
