Dennis R. Padgett, age 66, of Canal Winchester, died Friday August 5, 2016 at his residence. Born March 3, 1950 in Columbus to the late Marion M. and Mildred F. Padgett. Dennis had a love for all sports, and was an avid golfer. He was a dedicated fan to the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. He is preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Padgett. Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Kathryn; daughter, Heather Eskew; granddaughter, Madalyn. Family and friends may visit 4-6 pm on Monday at Peace Free Lutheran Church, 28 Elm St., Canal Winchester, OH 43110 where a funeral service, officiated by Pastor Michael Johnson, will follow at 6:00 pm.
