Louise E. Ross, 90, of Morton, passed away at 5:30 a.m. Monday, August 8, 2016, at the Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton.
She was born March 16, 1926, in Morton, to Carl and Ida (Hauter) Bauman. She married Tom Ross on March 25, 1950, in Pekin. He preceded her in death on Nov. 23, 1997. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Ben Bauman.
Surviving are one son, George (Wendy) Ross of Georgetown, Texas; one daughter, Margo (Chuck) Pfahl of Morton; two grandchildren, Ashlie (Mike) Reinert of Morton and Karl Pfahl of Morton; one great granddaughter Sydney Reinert; and two nieces, Emily Anne (Ron) Weyrich of Pekin and Mary Ellen (Don) Bevenour of Washington; one nephew, David Bauman of Pekin; and two nieces and two nephews in Wisconsin.
Louise was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church.
A funeral service will be held at Bethel Lutheran Church in Morton, Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 10:30 a.m, with Pastor Jeff Anderson and Pastor Mark Anderson officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 9-10:15 a.m. Burial will be in Robert Cemetery in Morton.
Memorials may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church.
