Patrick J. Simmons, of Lafayette, died unexpectedly on July 24, 2016. He was 49.
Born to the late James and Helen (Macdonell) Simmons, on February 7, 1967, in Kokomo, IN. Patrick graduated from Western High School. A welder by trade, Patrick worked at Wabash National for many years.
Enjoyed being with his family, especially his children and his grandchildren and going fishing. Had a great love for music Patrick was a good man, and will be missed by many.
Patrick is survived by a son: Cory (wife Ashaley) Davis of Camden, IN and 2 daughters: Jenny Miller of Lafayette and Emily Simmons of Stockwell, IN. He is also survived by 3 brothers: James (wife Michele) Simmons of Jacksonville, FL; Steve (wife Michelle) Simmons, of Seattle, WA, and David Simmons of Kokomo, IN.
Patrick's grandchildren are Zoey Miller, Brennan Fesler, Braden Fesler and Veda Mellady.
Preceded in death by his parents, Kristi Simmons, Neil Simmons.
