Daniel Francis Robbins, 83, of Montpelier, IN, passed away August 5, 2016 at Signature Health Care of Muncie in Muncie, IN. He was born on April 25, 1933, in Laurel, IN. Married Kathryn Frances Conner on Wednesday, May 9, 1956 in Huntington, IN; she passed away March 19, 2013. Dan served in the U.S. Army from 1953-1955. He retired in 1992 from Fisher Body (General Motors) in Marion. Dan was a member of the Bryant Wesleyan Church and the Fisher Body Sympathy Club. Enjoyed playing guitar at many different care facilities in the area.

Survivors Daughter - Kathy (Bill) Robbins, , Son - Jamie (Susan) Robbins, Daughter - Tina (Duane) Terry, Grandchildren - Chelle Turner Bales, Brandy Veach, Jeffery Terry, Megan Lee, Adam Robbins, Lacy Terry Armstrong, , Great Grandchild - Derrick Bales, Harley Bales, Trevor Black, Kelsey Best, Adrine Best, Dillon Lee, Mackenzie Lee, Becca Lee, Layla Armstrong, Sister - Evelyn Whitesell, and several Nieces & Nephews.

Preceded in death by his: Mother - Lucy A. (Ruble) Robbins, Father - Ashby A. Robbins, Wife - Kathryn Frances Robbins and Son-Jodie Daniel Robbins.

Services at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home 109 W Windsor St Montpelier August 9, 2016 with Pastor Paul VanCise officiating. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Montpelier.
