Billy R. Rudd, 74, of Newbern,Tennessee, died Friday, August 5, 2016, at Tennova Healthcare-Dyersburg Regional in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born on Saturday, December 27, 1941 in Wardell, Missouri to the late Paul Edward Rudd and the late Edna B. Pettie Newsome.

He was a former employee of Colonial Rubber. Mr. Rudd was a member of Church Grove Baptist Church and a United States Army Veteran.

Visitaion will be Sunday, August 7, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

He is surrived by his son Gregory Rudd (Melissa) of Newbern, Tennessee:one sister Joann Epps of Jefferson City, Missouri and one brother Terry Rudd (Nan) of Dyersburg, Tennessee: 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Ray Rudd.
