Cindy Z. Parker, 59, of Tiffin, passed away Friday, August 5, 2016, at 8:36 p.m., at the Fremont Memorial Hospital.

Cindy was born June 15, 1957, in Tiffin, to William Perry and Pearl (Morehart) Bare. She married Richard Lofay and they divorced then she married Arthur Lee Parker and they also divorced.

Survivors include her mother, Pearl, two daughters, Nicole Thweat of Florida, Bonnie Parker of Louisiana, four grandchildren, two sisters, Crystal Ryan of Tiffin and Kimberly Recker of New Riegel.

Cindy worked at McDonald's in Tiffin and was a 1976 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father, William.

Funeral services for Cindy will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, August 12, 2016, at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, from 4-7 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Bethel cemetery in McCutchenville at a later date.
