James Randolph "Happy" Tabor, (04/26/1954 - 08/02/2016). Oldest son of James and Constance Tabor, grew up in Florida, California and Texas. Served in the United States Air Force and Army from 1973-1975. Worked in the air conditioning and heating industry.
To his family he will always be known as "Randy", many who knew him called him "Jim", but most who knew him he will be forever known as "Happy". For all the hardships he had in life, he always had a smile, a chuckle and a sparkle in his eyes.
