EDWARD BARTON DEATH'S VICTIM
Michael C. Barton , who is employed at T. Lucey & Bros, receives a telegram from Julesburg, Colo., this morning , announcing the death of his uncle, Edward Barton, who passed away at 8:30 o'clock last night. While the message did not so state it is supposed that old age was the cause , as Mr. Barton was about 93 years old.
The remains will be shipped to La Salle , arriving here probably Sunday morning, and they will be laid at rest beside those of Mrs. Barton, whose body was shipped here following her death at Julesburg three months ago.
Edward Barton was at one time a well known south side farmer , occupying the Redd place. He left here thirty three years ago for the west where he has since made his home.
