Jason Sanchez, 44, passed away August 1, 2016 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born in Upland, California, on October 9, 1971. He graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 1990.

Jason worked in the tree service industry for nearly 20 years. He also owned an appliance repair business.

His life centered around his family, working on projects, hobbies, and recreational vehicles. He loved the game of golf and played as often as he could. One of his greatest assets was his ability to fix or repair anything that was handed to him. He never turned anyone down when asked to help.

Jason's adventuresome ways and tremendously sweet inner spirit will be cherished by many.

Survivors include his loving partner, Cassandra Mizeur, his three precious children, Jaxon, Colby, and Mason Sanchez, his parents Bill and Peggy Sanchez, sister Renee (Dion) Schreindl, nephews Brandon and Bryce Schreindl, his Uncle Robert and Aunt Marilynn Collier, cousins Michelle (Mark) Jackson, and Donna Collier. Additional aunts, uncle, and cousins reside outside of Chico.

A Celebration of Life for close friends and family will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 5-8pm, at his parent's home. Condolences can be made to Brusie Funeral Home at www.brusiefh.com.
