Margaret Ruth Jenkins, age 103, 8-11-1919 – 9-10-2022, of Maryville and Farragut area, entered into the arms of her Savior. Married to her loving husband, Fred Millard (Dick) Jenkins, deceased for 64 years, and a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Concord. Was retired from Millers Dept Store. She loved working in her flowers, enjoying her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also loved her dog, Oscar. Her mother died when she was 14 and being the oldest child, she had to oversee her brothers, Ralph, Jack, Curtis, and Jerry Coker and sisters, Mamie Hughes, Bobbie Quillen, and Helen Coker (all deceased). She had 2 sons, Richard and Steve (deceased) Jenkins. Preceded in death by 2 grandchildren, Tammy & Angelia Jenkins. She is survived by Richard Jenkins, son, (Becky) of Summerfield, N.C.; Pat Jenkins (daughter-in-law), of Maryville, TN; grandsons, Michael Jenkins (Sandy), Ashley Jenkins (Gisell), Jason Jenkins-Rice (Natalie); great-grandchildren, Brianna Brooks, Blakely Jenkins, Kinsey Jenkins, Isaac Jenkins-Rice, Everly Jenkins-Rice, and great-grandchild, Della Jade Jenkins. Also, special niece, Angela Quillen Myers and nephew, Danny Quillen (Anita), and special cousin, Elaine, and many, many friends. Special thanks should be given to Steve and Pat Jenkins, who looked after her with tender loving care in her later years. Also, Pat's Sister, Norma Thompson.

Family will receive friends 12:30-1:30pm Thursday, September 15 at Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel with a service to follow at 1:30pm. Burial will be 3pm at Highland Memorial Cemetery.
