Eleanor Catherine (Sontag) Montgomery, 80, of Portersville died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010 at Allegheny General Hospital.
She was born Dec. 22, 1929, in Pittsburgh and was the daughter of Paul J. Sontag and Catherine (Kunz) Sontag.
She was a Christian. She had been a secretary for the Pittsburgh Presbytery.
She is survived by a daughter, two sons, 12 grandchildren, four sisters, a brother.
He was preceded in death by her husband, Robert S. Montgomery, who she married Aug. 13, 1949. He died July 29, 1996. She also was preceded by two sons, a grandson and a brother.
