Keith Ellis Harmon age 50 was born July 2, 1962 to Haskel and Charlene Harmon. He went home to be with the Lord and Savior on April 20, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father Haskel Harmon (2008), son Andrew (Andy) Harmon (2010), sister, Evelyn Harmon Smith (2011) and Dinah Harmon (1964). Keith was saved at a young age at Red Hill Baptist Church. He was a deacon of Sugar Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He was presently attending Highland Missionary Baptist Church. He owned K.H. Construction, was the Electrical Inspector for Claiborne, Campbell, Grainger and Hancock Counties. He was a member on the 911 Board, Deputy Chief and President of the board of South Claiborne Volunteer Fire Department. He was an avid fisherman with the Bass Fishing League and Claiborne Bass Club. When the Lord called him home, he was doing what he loved best, fishing. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years: Diane Maples Harmon Mother: Charlene Harmon Mother-in-law: Jessie Maples Sons and Daughters-in-law: Brandon and Christa Harmon of Knoxville, TN Jacob and Katilyn Harmon of New Tazewell, TN One Special Grandchild: Andie Grace Harmon, who was dear to his heart. Brothers and wives: Ronnie and Valerie Harmon Michael and Kelly Harmon Sister and husband: Ina and Terry Wolfenbarger Sister-in-law and husband: Debbie and Dennis Bailey Brother-in-law: Dennis Maples all of New Tazewell And a host of nieces, nephews, family, friends and the Daughter he never had Megan “Little Bit” Rielly. In lieu of flowers, make donations to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 P.M. Monday April 22, 2013 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell. Funeral service 9:00 A.M. Tuesday morning April 23, 2013 in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. The body will lie in state 1 hour before funeral service. Burial in the McNew Cemetery. Ministers: Rev. Kenny Williams, Rev. Keith Cinnamon and Rev. Willard Wilder Singers: The Powers Family Pallbearers: Bo Goodin, Steve Blocker, Donnie Cox, Maynard Brooks, Matthew Brooks and Orville Cope.
