Heather Ann Marshall, 42, of Washington, died Thursday, August 4, 2016, in her home. She was born December 13, 1973, in Washington, a daughter of JoAnn Duncan Marshall of Washington and the late David L. Marshall.

Ms. Marshall graduated from Washington High School and was employed through the ARC day program for many years. She enjoyed listening to country music, and attending classes at Gym Dandys and dances sponsored by ARC.

Ms. Marshall was Presbyterian by faith.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, are two brothers, Ralph (Dana) Sheppard of Bethel Park and Mark (Sharon) Sheppard of White, Georgia; a sister, Kimberly (Garry) Lightner of Taylorstown; and nieces and nephews, April, Abbey, Matthew, Wesley, Moriah and Mitchell.

Friends will be received on Monday form 5 till 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, August 9th. Burial will follow in North Buffalo Cemetery.
