She was the youngest of five children, born to Thomas and Jo Ann Hooper, July 31, 1967, in Russellville, Arkansas.
Sarah graduated from Russellville High School and attended WestArk Community College.
She is survived by her father, Thomas Hooper of Van Buren; three sisters, Martha Marlar of Van Buren, Emily Ralston of Fort Smith and Peggy Sprague of Brazoria, Texas, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jo Ann Hooper and her brother, Harley Hooper.
A memorial graveside service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Measles Cemetery in Lavaca under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
