Nellie L. Robinson, age 81, of Howard, passed away on Monday, June 6, 2016 at Akron General Hospital.
She was born on January 23, 1935 in Sutton, W.V. and was the daughter of the late Jesse and Gay (Hudkins) Arbogast.
Nellie was a member of the Faith Baptist Church and served on the Apple Valley budget and finance committee for many years.
She is survived by her husband Elbert of 62 years; a son, Rocky (Sharon) Robinson of Green, Ohio; her daughter, Renee (Dan) Keiser of Pataskala; three sisters, Agatha (John) Johnston of North Carolina, Annetta (Richard) Good of Florida and Erna Lingle of Colorado; five grandchildren, Chris Robinson, Cody Robinson, Lauren Keiser, Katie Keiser, Jake Keiser; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Nellie was preceded in death by her sister, Dolores Adams.
Friends may call on Friday from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Lasater Funeral Home, 11337 Upper Gilchrist Rd. in Mount Vernon, where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM with Pastor Bob Veenhuis officiating. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 PM in Sunset Hills Memorial Gardens in North Canton, Ohio
