He retired from Transkrit in Fort Smith, served in the Navy, was a member of Wesley Methodist Church and the widower of Iris Pullen.
Memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith with cremation under the direction of Nova Cremation Services.
He is survived by three daughters, Linda Oman of California, Sally Dawn Raney of Dublin, Calif., and Robin Deedon of Redding, Calif.; four sisters, Betty Jones of Sallisaw, Lois Sisco of Castro Valley, Calif., Joan Mabry of Fort Smith and Doris Jenkins of Hackett; three brothers, Ted and Darrell of Fort Smith and Robert of Van Buren;seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, August 5 at Wesley Methodist Church in Fort Smith.
