Norman J. Hansen, age 88, of Unionville, Iowa, the son of Fritz and Ruby (Dimig) Hansen was born May 22, 1927 in Atlantic, Iowa. He passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the Ottumwa Hospice, in Ottumwa, Iowa.
Norman served his country during World War II in the United States Army. He received his education from Iowa State University where he received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in forestry.
He is survived by a niece, Constance Deller and a nephew, Mark Hansen, both from California.
Norman will be buried in a private service at Mounts Cemetery, near his home in Davis County.
