Brian graduated from Williamsport High School in 1979. He was employed with G.S.4 in security at Citi Corp. He was previously employed at M.C.T.C. He also had his own lawn care business with wonderful clients that he considered his friends. Brian loved to hunt and fish, and was an avid bowler. He was a Baltimore Orioles and Minnesota Vikings fan.
In addition to his parents, Brian is survived by one sister, Stacey Starliper; niece, Lacee Code; nephew, Michael Hogan;; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by one brother, David B. Hartman; brother in law, Michael P. Hogan; maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents; and his beloved Jack Russell, Sadie.
Services will be held at Minnich Funeral Home, Hagerstown, MD. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
