Dawn W. Sims, 50, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016. Dawn Warbington Sims, 50, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia on September 16, 1965, a daughter of the late Calvin and Rebecca Pruitt Warbington, and was the wife of eleven years to Daniel Sims.Dawn was the Senior Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones for 14 years, a Heritage Hospice Volunteer, and a Kentucky Colonel. She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and loved animals.Dawn is survived by daughters Crystal Bailey Boyd (Shaun) and Hannah Sims, and sons Joshua Bailey and Jacob Sims (Shelby). In addition to her children, she is survived by a sister Roxann Ridgeway (Scott) and brothers Mark Warbington and Brian Warbington (Lois), nieces Kristin Cooper (Eric), Wendy Green (Adam) Autumn and Hope Ridgeway, and Bridget Warbington; nephews Brandon Warbington and Sage Ridgeway; a great niece Jade Cooper; a great nephew Hunter Green; mother-in-law Frances Sims; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.In addition to her parents, Dawn was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Warbington, step-father Mack Mann, and father-in-law Tommy Sims.The memorial service will be 5:00 p.m., Saturday, August 6, 2016, at Perryville Baptist Church with Bro. Jr. Fields officiating. Visitation will be from 2 – 5:00 p.m. at Perryville Baptist Church prior to the memorial service.
