Suggested edit: Born in Ohio and came west with his family to settle in Wenatchee in 1910.

On June 4, 1927 he married Geraldine Rohlman in Wenatchee. They came to Grand Coulee Dam Area in 1939. Mr Bowers worked for the Bureau of Reclamation until his retirement in 1966.

Survivors include his wife, Geraldine; a brother Chancey Bowers, Wenatchee.
