Funeral services for Mr. Quentin Dale Bussell age 72 of the Himesville Community will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday August 3, 2016 in the chapel of Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Brother Clancey Burks officiating. Entombment will follow at a later date at Rose Bank Cemetery. Mr. Bussell passed from this life Friday July 29, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family following an extended illness.

Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 4:00 to 7:00pm at the funeral home. Born March 9, 1944 in Sparta, TN, he was the son of the late B.J. Bussell & home.Thelma Ruth Maxwell Bussell.

Mr. Dale worked most of his adult life as a telephone tech for United Telephone Co. He served his country in the US Army. In his spare time he showed and train Tennessee Walking Horses and Spotted Horses, worked on and traded around with antique tractors, loved fishing and wood working.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Charlotte York Bussell of Himesville Comm., son Chris Bussell of Pleasant Grove Comm., Grandchildren; Kristopher Bussell of the Wheel Comm., & Kaylie Bussell of Flat Creek Comm., brothers, Jim Bussell of Knoxville & Fred Bussell of Algood.
