Maiden Rock - Roy T. Anderson, 66, rural Arkansaw, died Sunday at the Chippewa Valley Area Hospital in Durand.
He was born November 17, 1907, in St. Paul. He was a a member of Lund Evangelical Covenant Church and farmed for over 30 years in Pepin County.
He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Esther Parson, Oakton, Virginia, Mrs. Frank Johnson, Wyoming, Minnesota, Mrs. Edwin Benz, Forest Lake, Minnesota; three brothers, C. R. Anderson, Wyoming, Minnesota, the Rev. George H. Anderson, St. Paul, Lloyd Anderson, Pepin and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Swandby Funeral Home in Maiden Rock with the Rev. Earl Towner officiating. Burial will be in the Marie Lund Cemetery in Lund.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday prior to services.
