Jack Hoyt Rollins, 72, of Worthville, Ky., died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2002, at Carroll County Memorial Hospital.
He was born March 13, 1929, in South Pittsburg, Tenn., the son of Frank and Sarah Webb Rollins.
He was retired from the Cincinnati Gas & Electric after 33 years of service. He served in the Marine Corps and was a lifetime member of the Marine Corps League.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Sharon Rollins; two sons, Mark F. Rollins of Independence, Ky., and Andrew R. Rollins of Rising Sun; his mother, of Florence, Ky.; two brothers, Mike C. Rollins of Goshen, Ky., and William F. Rollins of Union, Ky.; a sister, Sarah Robinson of Florence, Ky.; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1989.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Graham-Dunn Funeral Home in Carrollton. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Florence, Ky.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
