Life for Bobby began November 9, 1939, in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Bobby attended Oklahoma Baptist University and graduated in 1961 with degrees in Mathematics and Physics. As an Aeronautical Engineer, Bobby worked at Aero jet in Northern California for several years, but found his true calling in the legal field. After graduating from the McGeorge School of Law in 1968, Bobby worked as an Attorney of Law, in the Sacramento area for over 30 years. He later built and operated Penryn 76 Gas Station in Penryn, California and retired in February 2016. Bobby believed in hard work and enjoyed a challenge worth solving. He will always be known for his complete devotion to family, kindness to others, and his ability to provide laughter. More than anything, Bobby was ready to greet anyone with a smile, share conversation, and never knew a stranger.
Bobby was predeceased by his parents, J.H. Rodgers, Beulah Rodgers, and his brother, Joel. He is survived by his spouse, children, grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Bobby was the third eldest out of 10 children and is survived by his siblings along with their spouses and many nieces and nephews.
Bobby Rodgers will truly be missed by all who knew him.
