Wade Williams, 84, of Soddy Daisy, died at his home Wednesday, July 27, 2016. Wade was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Mae Payne William; brothers, John Larry Williams, Wayne Williams and Joe Williams; sisters, Maxine Swanger, Alma Ruth Smith and Reatha Jenkins. Survivors include his wife, Martha Farmer Williams, Soddy Daisy; sons, Barry Keith Williams and Robert Anthony (Donna) Williams, both of Soddy Daisy; daughter, Gayla Williams, Kimball; sisters, Nellie Clemons, of Jasper,Tenn., and Irene (Jack) Allen, of Benton, Tenn.; grandchildren, Tiffany, Josh and Jeremy; great-grandchildren, A.J., Cody and Ashton; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. CDT Saturday, July 30, 2016, in Ewton Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Lanny Tate officiating. Burial will follow in Sequatchie County Memorial Gardens, with full military honors by the Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. CDT today and from and 4 to 8 p.m. CDT Friday
