Kathy Webb, age 61, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2016. She was born March 26, 1955, in Williamson, West Virginia, the daughter of Reverend Opal Fields, Jr., and Loretta Fields. She had worked in medical records for many years, most recently at PCA Pharmacy.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; a sister, Deborah Smith; a half-sister, Judy Gallon; and a niece, Jennifer Smith. Survivors include: her husband, Aaron K. Webb; two sons, Aaron K. Webb, Jr. (Chelsea) and Adam C. Webb (Emmy); four grandchildren, Savanah, Jaxson, Anabel and Jeffery Webb; a brother, Opal Fields, III (Sheila); a niece, Julie Tucker (Patrick); a nephew, Jamie Fields; and many other extended family members.
A service to celebrate Kathy's life will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 30, in the chapel of Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home, 7410 Westport Road. Burial will take place at Battle Grove Cemetery, in Cynthiana, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be given to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) or Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
