Connie Starkey was the daughter of Clyde & Donna Starkey. She was killed in an automobile accident near McDonalds in Charles City. She was the sister of Deb, Clyde, and Scott. Loving mother to Greg and Christina. Connie was also a very good friend to Cheryl. Rest in Peace.....
