Dustin was the son of Sandra Wilson (Snook), and Mike Snook of Mason City, Iowa. "Dutt" was murdered, along with his 2 roommates in their Verona, Wisconsin apartment on June 26, 2003. All 3 were shot to death by an a 20 year old Tiawanese student, over a gambling debt one of his roommates owed. Meng Ju Wu, the man accused of murdering all 3 men, was to stand trial for the triple murder, but hung himself in his jail cell only 1 day before the trial was to begin. Dustin loved the outdoors, fishing, swimming, hunting, and he especially loved animals! He has 1 half-sister, Jacque of Mason City. 1 sister, Jennifer of Charles City, and 2 brothers, David and Jason, both of Charles City. Dustin and Jason were all 3 very close.
