NOTE: No one knows where Abiel was buried. Abiel & Lydia were married in E. Windsor, CT by William Wolcott, Esq. at the home of Henry Loomis. They moved from CT to Schoharie Valley and then settled in Delaware Co., NY. Years after Abiel died, Lydia moved with her older children to Canisteo, NY where I believe she died in her late 90s (although the historical society has no record of her death). These older children immediately moved to Emerson Township, Gratiot Co., MI without her.
