Billy Dale Bain, 53, of Magnolia, AR died Monday, July 25, 2016 at the Ralph Weiser Independent Living Center in Magnolia where he had been a resident for 25 years.
Billy was born on February 6, 1963 in Mena, AR to Thurman and Frances Jane (Liles) Bain. He is preceded in death by parents and special friend Katie Jordan. He is survived by his sisters Ruth Dilbeck and husband Dennis of Waldron, AR and Sandra Self and husband Gary of Booneville, AR; brother Eddie Bain and wife Lisa of Hatfield, AR; nephews Darrell Self, Adam Self, and Aaron Dilbeck all of Waldron; and staff and friends of the Ralph Weiser Independent Living Center and Magnolia Specialized Services.
He loved competing in the Special Olympics and was an avid softball player and enjoyed taking trips with the staff and his friends at Magnolia Specialized Services.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 27 at 10:00 AM at the Magnolia City Cemetery with Bro. Steve Ford officiating under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia.
